Good morning
I have a question,Its possible that four NM cables (Romex)that cross a 2x4 in a new construction create induction between them ?

Not enough coupling to cause issues in 120v circuitry.

Capacitive coupling will be proportional to the length that the cables run in parallel without twisting, and will be lower for an MWBC than from a single circuit, but either way only measurable with a high impedance meter as a phantom voltage. High frequency noise riding on the 120 will couple better.
Magnetic induction will be proportional to the current in the wires, but for a cable where the current returns in the same cable as it goes out it will also be negligible.
