Would a standard Eaton/Powerware 160 KVA UPS with Factory UL Label be required to have a KAIC rating listed per Art.409- Industrial Control Panels.

I believe it is not an industrial control panel, so IMO no.

In fact as a UPS it specifically CANNOT be an Industrial Control Panel, at least as far as UL is concerned.
