Looking at the definition of an ICP in 409.2 (2014)--(paraphrased)
ICP- an assembly of 2 or more components consisting of 1 or more of the following: (I've read this sentence a bunch of times and I'm still not sure I understand it)
1. power components
2. control components
3. combination of 1 or 2

Do I now have to include all the markings in 409.110 ?
