We build control panels for hydraulic test stands in our manufacturing plant . ( Aerospace Parts ) The stands are just designed to test the parts we build and are not sold outside to anyone . Do we have to mark these with SCCR rating according to NEC 409.110 ?

Hmmm...
As I see it, there are 3 cases for "have to":
  1. You consider doing things by the book as a way of ensuring a safe and legal installation not only for yourself, but for those who come after you.
  2. You are going to pull a permit to install them and they are going to be inspected by a local AHJ, and your state requires NRTL listing of control panels.
  3. You have industrial insurance and there is a rider in your policy that states that all electrical equipment will be UL or NRTL listed, otherwise damages cause by said equipment may not be covered.
