As I noticed from NEC article 552.10(B-4) that lockwasher should be used for termination at grounding terminals for park trailers. My question is:Can we applied this for industrial applications for grounding purpose, and what about the connections between terminal and busbar and between busbars.

I think you meant 552.10(C)(4). This article covers low voltage wiring methods used in park trailers and can in no way I believe be applied to the applications you listed.

I don't think that it applies to connections on bus-bars and grounding blocks in industrial plants.
IMHO...If you're asking if you can use lockwashers on the bolted connections for ground bars, busses and lugs...I don't see why not.... Unless it voids the listing of the particular parts in question....read the installation instructions.
If vibration is a problem and causing connections to become loose, lockwashers (or lock nuts) seem like they would be required in order to provide a secure connection. The material that the lockwasher (and bolts/screws) is made of could cause a (galvanic) corossion problem if not properly selected.
I don't know of (and can't find) a code requirement that prohibits using lockwashers (or lock nuts) on these connections (other than the listing issue).
Maybe someone else that knows for sure will post.

Most busbars require use of the materials that came with them for bolting the sections together....typically a Belleville washer.

For additions to existing equipment, you would need to follow manufac.'s specs [110.3(B)]

No, you can not use anything from 552 in any other occupancy than a park trailer.

Read the scope of 552.

552.1 Scope.
The provisions of this article cover the electrical conductors and equipment installed within or on park trailers not covered fully under Articles 550 and 551.
