industrial receptacle

i came across this question on the ncpcci electrical 2b exam on the minimum VA of industrial receptacle ? i am a total loss of where to find this in the code...any help is much appreciated..

Issues like that can be found in Article 220.

Also I would not think of it as an 'industrial' receptacle.

I would think of it as 'other than' a dwelling unit receptacle.
