Quick question fella's: We have a 120/208V lighting panel being fed directly from a breaker in our substation. A question has come up regarding where this system should be bonded. In my opinion the 120/208 panel is considered a sub panel and the little green screw should not be installed. Your thoughts please!

It appears I put this in the wrong place. I'm sure a Mod can help.

Assuming when you say "our" substation it means on the consumer side of the service point, then you are correct.
