Having a brain fart I have heaters 2pole 208 draw 13.3 amps why can't I run number 10s with a 30a breaker to feed two instead of running dedicated ckts for each thus needing less spaces in a panel that's almost full ready?

In your case would the heaters be a continuous load? If so 13.3x2=26.6amps than if it’s continuous 26.6x125%=33.25amps

Way I look at it you’d have to use #8awg and 35amp OCPD,unless you have 75degree C terminations on both end.

424.3 says fixed infared heater's shall be permitted to be supplied from branch circuits not rated more then 50 amps

13.3x1.25=16.25
16.25x3=48.75

To me I can put three on one circuits and be good

Oh was 13.3 the rating of two heaters combined? I thought you meant each one was 13.3.
 
Your question was to run 2 heaters on a 30 amp circuit with #10. You cannot but you can with #8 on a 40 amp circuit
 
Yes I was just thinking to fast. Basically what I'm getting at is you don't necessarily need dedicated ckts. you can group them together as long as the math works. Up to 50amps

Is this a dwelling unit? If so the limit would be 30 amp for a multi outlet branch circuit. It would be OK in other than a dwelling. See 424.3
