I am looking for some feedback on cable trays, we are in the middle of an industrial expansion and have installed an overhead crane. Running inside the crane aisle is a cable tray carrying 480v conductors from a substation to the distribution panels. I feel that this is a code violation because it is subject to severe damage if the crane would come in contact. Does anyone have some suggestions?
