I've been renovating and flipping houses for approximately 3 years now and have learned enough and met great cubcontractors. Now that the market is cooling off, I would like to obtain my Class C license and start a side business doing minor renovations. I live in Virginia and I'm hoping someone can provide me with information as to how I get a Class C license, get bonded and insured. Any and all information is appreciated.
