Detail #2 shows duct bank shows (3) conduits and 7.5" between 2 conduits.

1. Will this detail only applies to 4" PVC conduits?
2. Is 19" x 19" standard ductbank with (4) 4" conduits or this is only an example?
3. Does NEC has any rule on ductbank bends, min. max bend radius?
