Bless your heart child the question that you have ask would take as much space here to answer as the same space afforded in 680 part I and II. There is a whole lot of variables that would have to be covered such as does this pool have a light or rebar encased in the concrete. Is this a liner pool with a concrete deck and so on and on.
The best advice is to read 680 parts I and II and study them thoroughly then if you have a question post it here.
