Inside panel location

other than possible warranty issue , any of you guys have problem with installing a OC device panel in attic space ? Some large homes here want to install upstairs panel in walk in unused / unfinished attic rooms - space.

I don't have an issue with it. Don't see any warranty issue either.

Might be a heat problem if it is in unconditioned space. Thermal magnetic breakers will trip at a slightly lower current if they are in a warmer area than 40 deg C.

Can you meet the working space requirements of 110.26, and in particular the 6.5 foot height requirement? If so, then I don't see an issue. It might be a bit inconvenient for the owner or renter to reset a tripped breaker. But that is not an NEC issue.
