Install 240V 4prong outlet in garage

I am intending on installing a 240V four prong outlet in my garage. My question is that on my service panel [square D sc2040m200C] there appears to be only one ground bar. Do both the white [neutral] lead and the green [ground] lead attach to this same bar?
