Are there any code rules about installing conduits along the floor? I have a job where the design is to install struts anchored into the concrete floor. My conduit is supposed to run along said struts into a portable trailer. The designated floor area does not appear to be a walkway. Is this ok? The pipe will be elevated about 1-5/8" above the floor (outdoors).

The NEC has rules about protection against damage. But those rules are there to protect the conduit, not to protect the person who might trip over a conduit.
