How often do you have a standard interior gut renovation, say 10-50sq ft. and your not onsite for most of duration of the project.
I know you can do demo, temp etc. then pull off then go back when time to rough etc.
What I’m saying is if you have a job that’s a year and work is just power, lighting and fire alarm is there god change you can not be onsite the ENTIRE time?
I guess to answer that question you just look at your estimated hours compared to the schedule and that’s the answer?
