How should lighting arresters be installed on metal roofs?

If you mean how to install the air terminals I use these for standing seam roofs and a standard flat base on flat metal. I glue the flat bases down with an epoxy so I don't have to put screws through the roof.

If you are asking how many and where get a system designer to do that for you. The liability of these systems is too great to assume yourself.
