Installing a new GE DEH-41267 breaker panel to replace a older type fuse panel

hello mike, i just replace my old fuse panel with a new breaker panel i was told sence i do not have a ground i needed to install GFCI breakers what would be your advise by the way it is a 100amp panel i have 5 20 amp single pole breakers and a 50 amp doule pole and a 30 amp double pole
