How can I add a ground bar and a neutral bar (adaptor?) to 71046 ATS brand labeled by Briggs & Stratton. EMP shield says it they can't share a space.

The neutral has a lug splice connector with an open end. Not sure if I can use that.

The ground bar has three holes all filled.

Suggestions, Thanks,
