Installing Generac ATS with flush mounted panel

I'm installing a new 22kw Generac with an ATS for this house and am curious what people's opinion is on the best workmanship to pipe between the meter/ats/panel. I'm new to the area and haven't come across this just yet and have a few different opinions on how to do it. I'm just curious if there's a "standard" way to do this and I'm just not seeing it. Thank you.

What are we looking at ? Is that a just a meter on the left, and main breaker panel in the middle? EM disconnect? or is that a entire loadcenter in the middle?
If you want it clean either way you'll probably want to line up a good stucco person.

Sorry, was in a rush. Meter main combo on the left. Comms on the right. Underground fed.

I was thinking new Generac ATS on the left of the panel, with an LB going into the house right next to the meter on the left side of the cabinet. I'm not versed in these meter main combos.

How did the solar guys do their thing so neatly? I'm assuming behind that wall is the garage, and they went through the wall and the conduit is inside. If so you could do similar.

The thing about these meter main combos is you're not really supposed to back them up; the proper thing to do is move all the loads to a subpanel downstream of the ATS, and feed the ATS from meter/main. Also in this case it looks like you have a solar system you need to leave connected to the main, can't connect that to the generator. So maybe open up the wall behind the panel, prep to move all the load wiring into a sub inside the garage, then go out the back of the meter main into a box and/or LBs to get over to the ATS and then back to the sub. Assuming I'm right that it's the garage.

Mind your 3ft clearance to the gas manifold vent.
