New construction job. Have several large line ups(15+ sections) of switchgear and MCC's. Probably getting delivered in 2-3 sections each. Would you rig these in( or use a lull etc.) or take them up one level via stairs? As you can see the electrical room is not a perimeter room but located in middle of floor.

Thanks

IMO forget the stairs. That would be a huge waste of labor and money. If there is no elevator then either drop the equipment down through a hole in the floor above with the crane or rig it up from a hole in the floor. We would coordinate with the GC if we needed a hole in the floor where they would leave out a section of deck for material handling.

I'm thinking the GC lull rig up drop then skate over. Should not be any walls up but then again I assume the building will have to be weather tight when the equipment is set so walls should be up but I guess a leave out should be requested.

No only one floor above grade level.
If you're only going up one floor then a lull might be the easiest method. If the GC is willing to assume responsibility for not damaging the equipment by using his lull then go for it. Otherwise you could just hire a rigger to get it up to the second floor.
