Installing MV Cables underground in a standard Christy Box

Can anyone tell me if you are allowed to install MV Cables in a standard concrete Christy Box? Or where this is defined in the NEC? There will be no terminations, it's only for pulling relief. I know the lids must be secured but not sure about the use of standard concrete boxes.
