Another box to consider for moist or wet conditions is the Carlon PVC box, or a Bell box. Of course, the connectors and conduit must be approved for wet locations, as well.

We use 4 inch square by inch and a half deep metal boxes and put raised single duplex covers on them (or raised GFCI). We mount them to the wall with "TAPCON" fasteners. If your supplier carries the 4 inch boxes that have a raised area at the back of the box for the ground screw, it will save you the trouble of drilling a ground screw relief hole in the wall.

smcsee; I second Mike's method. I, too, used to use the powder actuated fasteners, still do some. When I worked up north you were required to have a permit to buy and use them, here in TN we don't as of yet. The biggest reason I've gotten away from them is the removability/relocate-ability issue Mike Ames spoke of.
