Installing Recessed Light

In your opinion how does installing a recessed light and associated 4" box( if necessary) differ between installing in a gypsum board( non accessible ceiling) vs say a 2x2 acoustical accessible ceiling?

You can only access the fixture junction through the light hole in a sheetrock ceiling, whereas you can access the entire "plenum" space through a drop ceiling... I donno exactly what you're asking though, so, there...
