Hi folks,
I just switched from DSL to cable internet. I'd like to move the wall socket for the new modem to a different spot. I have some RG-6 and F connectors lying around, but what I don't know is how finnicky coax installation is - do I need some equipment to check that there's no impedance or reflection issues (or something else entirely)? Or is it reasonable to assume that with the right cable impedance and quality installation things will be fine.
Thanks,
Jack
