Instantaneous Water Heaters

I have a project with several instantaneous water heaters, is there a paragraph in the NEC that allows me to take diversity on these loads when sizing the panelboards that serves them?

If it's resi, you can take a 75% diversity for 4 or more. See 220.53. I don't know of any diversity you can apply for non-resi though.
