I understand the fiber bushing requirement for the code. Have seen them used a lot for fire alarm in EMT But is there a specification for insulated and non insulated EMT fittings in the code book?

If a bushing is required like for #4 AWG and larger conductors you can use an external bushing or an insulated throat connector.
