Insurance work after house fire

There was a house fire this morning in my neighborhood, and it looks like it may be a total loss. But I was wondering, in such situations, how could I become the electrician that the insurance company uses to do all the reconstruction work? In this case, rewiring the house after structure is repaired. Who would I need to talk to?

I would assume there would be a GC that works with the insurance ,. Insurance co jobs are bid very specific. They have software and the go by that.
Talk to the owner.

Everytime I have run into fire work, the ins co has just written the HO a check and the HO does what they want.

This is what I have seen. My parents had hurricane damage last year and that is exactly how the insurance company handled it.

I would say the best bet would be to approach the HO personally.
