In the below attached example since there are 60A of loads behind the gateway/relay device, the system has the capability of drawing service from the utility to customer's loads bother through the 60A( Supply side) and 200A( MSP). 200A+60A>200A service rating.
This means we cannot perform a supply side connection with battery/loads behind the gateway without performing a service upgrade?

Load side backfeed is one the solutions.
