Anyone ( Zog are you reading) have the torque specs for a grade 5 bolt 1/4-20 into 1/4 copper bus.

I found a GE link that says 44 inch/LBS

I have been on several cases at different locations, voltages, processes, etc that all have experienced intermittent fuse blowing. Most have it happen once or twice a year, then it stops for a year. Some have been bayonet fuses at the utility transformer, some have been main fuses on the customer side. With no other explanation making any sense (after monitoring voltage and current over a few weeks), I suspect that the fuses were not properly torqued when installed.

I found a siemens link that says 45 in/lbs. I think it's something that will change (little by little) from piece to piece and manufacturer to manufacturer.
