You are going to have to be more specific. HV = >69kV, what are you trying to acomplish?

Interlocking scheme

I mean, what condition is needed to operate disconnected switch in a substation (main and transfer bus type) or the arth switch or circuit breaker. I know the basic rules, but i want to know if there is a "complete interlock scheme" for a substation with configuration Main and transfer bus with coupler circuit breaker.
