intermatic photocell 208 volt

hello all, I was put on a job today that the other electrician in the company I work for started. He ask my opinion on how to wire up the photocell for 208 but the only way I thought to do it would have one leg fed at all time ....I have a black ,white and red Im sure you all know .the photocell is rated for208-277.The diagram was for 277 and used the white as a neutral but in the 208 i dont have a neutral....any help would be great ...I do have the # for intermatic but they dont open till 9am central time and im in nj
