I was just wondering if there are any requirements/codes from "IBC" for "Battery Charger" regarding the seismic certification. And, if these are the minimum requirements for "Stationery Emergeny Gensets" for callifornia?

Oh ya. California uses "title 24" as their code. So first question is, what is the application? Is this a critical facility, like a police, hospital, fire station, etc. ? if so you need to look into the "A" code. There is an "importance factor" built into it. Here is a link to a free download version of the code. This is just the electrical code, but if you poke around this web site you will find the complete code.

Thank you very much for your guidance. I saw/review the code, but I think they have the seismic certification requirements for Genset as whole..and specially if they are EPS/EPSS..but not specifically for battery charger/indivdual component.

Is that what you think is correct??
