As I understand the code, I must ground the I.S. Barrier visibly and at one point so that all component grounds are at one potential, electrically. My question is, can I run the ground wire (only) from the I.S. hazardous side in the same conduit as the non-hazardous wiring to the ground bar? The barrier in use has a ground connection on the same side as the hazardous leads. My interpretation is that the ground wire should be OK as it is going to terminate at the same bar that all the other grounds will. Any insight on this is appreciated! Give me some article numbers if you could.
