Can anyone tell me if IP66 and IP67 enclosures meet class1 div2 ratings? I understand that these boxes are dust proof and subject to being sprayed with water.

IP ratings are not recognized in the NEC. See Table 110.28 IN #2. Your AHJ may allow IP 66/67.

Class I, Division 2 locations can use any box suitable for the environment at the box location as long as they don't contain arc producing devices.

Dust proof seems more like a Class 2 application. The sensors inside enclosure require 120V ckt and located in C1D2 Groups C and D. Appreciate the feedback.
