IR Camera Project

One of our customers, medical manufacturing, insurance company has asked for a "FLIR inspection" and report. What product do you guys usually use and what is involved in a "report"?

"FLIR" is a manufacturer of thermographic/IR (infrared) cameras. A typical report will document what equipment was inspected. When said inspection reveals an anomaly, a picture plus an IR image is attached showing the problem area, the possible reason, and a proposed solution. Some IR camera manufacturers have report software available integrating their camera with their software. "Fluke" brand offers this. I'm sure there are others. To be 100% sure of what is required, have your customer contact their insurance company for specific details.
