It's Bob's fault. He is one of the guys that try to care that thing's are right. You install your system right ,pass inspection,customer moves in and misuses what you built. Nothing you can do about it. Managers care very little about what they know nothing about. Best thing to do is sit back and watch them get fined. They only see a paycheck for sales results.
