Many times you can load check circuits and find something that has a very minimal load.I need space in a GE panel that uses THQB breakers. I have read that an Eaton DNBA2020 breaker is approved to be used in a panel that uses THQB breakers. Is this true in the opinion of the experts on this site?
I was wandering around eBay & Eaton seems to have one, unfortunately. Still there is the issue of being UL classified for competitive panels or not.Probably aren't going to find a bolt on tandem breaker for that panel. See this thread: https://forums.mikeholt.com/threads/ge-thqb-breaker.2562404/
People selling stuff on sites like FleaBay will tell you anything you want to hear in order to make the sale. They have zero consequences for something going wrong.I was wandering around eBay & Eaton seems to have one, unfortunately. The breaker looked like a BR with a BA, tab. Most definitly a bolt on, but I would assume just for Eaton equipment unless proven otherwise.People selling stuff on sites like FleaBay will tell you anything you want to hear in order to make the sale. Eaton does sell CL line "Classified" breakers that can be used in GE panels to replace THQL breakers. But they are ONLY the plug-in style, not the THQB bolt on.
