Good Evening All,
Here is a question I've been stumped on.
Can an isolation bypass ATS for a hospital be located in a mechanical room (large air handler and ducts)?
I could not find anything in NFPA other than the rating of the room and if it's located with normal service.
My judgement says it should not be located in a mechanical room as there are added hazards for any ATS failure, but anything per code restricting the ATS in the mech room?
Thanks in advance.
