I do not know if i have to have a disconnect with sight for a 40 amp single phase dishwasher or is a breaker with loto clip enough.
The thing is a hobart lxer running on hot water.
I could not find rating of motor (if it contains one).

What is the rule to have mandatory disconnect within sight for this kind of units?
is it
430.102 Location.
(1) Separate Motor Disconnect A disconnecting means for the motor shall be located in sight from the motor location and the driven machinery location.

?

I would really like to avoid that disco to be within sight

anybody, please...

Google is your friend 40 amp single phase switch

This are motor rated switch for a device box (note snap switch) But don't think they make a
50 amp.I tryed reading the spec's you posted to see if a 50 might be needed, but if 40 is what you need! ?

Go to section Dennis mentioned. You are in the wrong section, 430 is for motors, you need to be in appliances section. You don't go to 430 unless 422 sends you there - which it does in some instances, but not for this problem.

Look at art. 422.31(C)
