Is electricsuppliesonline.com a real site? Has anyone used it?

Some scattered positive reviews, but this site gives 105 reviews, all ONE star. Nothing higher.
I searched for
electricsuppliesonline.com reviews
and got a lot of returns.
Note that many reviews did state that they eventually got the part ordered, but not always in working condition.
 
Just thought I'd update this for future reference, we did order a hard to find part from them and it did arrive in good working condition. They don't have a phone number, never email back and dont provide any tracking.
