Is SE Cable Plenum Rated?

I'm not finding anything one way or the other. Is SE cable plenum rated?

I find nothing on Soutwire's site as to it being plenum rated.

Under the specification there is no listing for ASTME 84 testing protocol for materials suitable for installation in plenums 25 Flame spread/50 Smoke development.

Is there anywhere in the code that states nm is plenum rated? If it were plenum rated it would be on the cable. I have never seen se cable with plenum rating but I don't use it often.
