Is their a Helical Pier cap made for using RMC as a post?

Is their a Helical Pier cap made for using RMC as a post? I can't find one, so my plan is to bolt a floor flange to a Flat Helical Pier Cap.
I'm thinking drilling those holes would be time confusing, so the other option would be to weld the Floor flange to the cap.
Does anyone know of a Helical Pier cap that mates with Rigid Conduit?

Larger pipe sizes you will encounter bolt together flange couplers, they are commonly welded to the pipe. Of course you aren't supposed to weld galvanized without taking precautions against breathing the zinc oxide fumes that will be produced.
