Is there a 120 amp breaker ?

I would like to install a 125 amp sub panel and use 1/0 AL SER cable. I notice it is rated in the USE column as 120 amps. This means I can do this because we can use the next size up breaker, correct ? Does a 120 amp breaker exist ? Thank you.
