Is there a "Mike Holt" of plumbing? refrigeration? heating/ventilation?

Looking into some basic material on plumbing and HVAC and wondered if anyone here knew of a "Mike Holt" or "Tom Henry" of the mechanical world.

Any suggestions?

Just to clarify, when I posted this I had in mind someone who's made a name for themself by producing continuing education materials similar to what Mike Holt and Tom Henry have done to help folks pass the electricians exams.

Wasn't really thinking of discussion forums at the time but those help too.

I know plumbers, for example, have to pass a standardized test to get licensed so I figured there was a "pass the plumbers test" guru out there somewhere that is recognized as a leader and/or has quality materials like Mike Holt does.

Same goes for heating and air.

Yup....and many of the same faces here at Mike Holt and at Terry Love's site are frequent flyers there too :D
