Is there anything wrong with Table 250-95? (now 250.122)

There was a discussion here earlier on how the size of the EGC in 250.122 was determined. I ran across this article by George Flach where he discusses it. He used to be a consultant for Bussman after he retired and the last page of IAEI magazine was a monthly article he wrote.
George was well respected in the industry and code panels, he used to author the code question column in EC magazine
