Simple question.
See picture, does these two have code violation? The top of Equipment is higher than the beam.

Do you have the required working space in front of the switch?
Do you mean they required to have 30" between two beam, and 36" to the beam in front of them?

If they do have 30" width and 36" clearance in front, do they have problem on height? I think the height to the lowest beam is 6'-6".

I think that is fine, but as also asked can you fully open the door on that enclosure (90 degrees)? That would be a problem if not.

If you have 6'-6" you just have enough. Looks to me though the disconnect might actually extend upwards past the beams, if that is the case then how I read it you have to have working clearance at least 6'-6" or the height of equipment.

I think that is correct.

You need a space 30" wide and 36" deep (assuming less than 151 volts to ground) and 6'6" or the height of the equipment in front of the disconnect (think like a big box). If the beams are outside of that "box" then it's code compliant.
