What dictates the size of the bonding jumper required for Rigid Metal Conduit stubups if there are multiple involved?

Are you referring to a feeder? If so each bonding jumper is sized according to T250.122 and the OCPD size.

What if you have several feeders being stubbed up in several rigid metal conduits? Could you bond them all together based on the largest feeder?

I thought bonding jumpers are based on 250.102(C)(1)

Not for feeders. Feeder raceway bonding jumpers (like for open bottom switchboards) are based on the OCPD ahead of the feeder. There are no OCPD values in 250.102(C)
