I have a conduit ran direct across the opening of a junction box. Will this pass code. Looking for answers

The cover can be removed and access to the wires is not a question so I believe this is compliant but I don't like it. hahaha

It also appears to have a light fixture blocking the box but that is hard to visualize.

It's ugly but code compliant because the EMT doesn't make the box inaccessible.

Agree with your comment, wonder if a offset could have worked to get around the box would work, without running afoul of the 360° max bends req.?
