I seen this on a job that I had to visit today. Aluminum cable tray with a 2" pvc going into it. looks like 2-2/0 and a #6 no bushing or bell end. Just a couple of inches inserted into the tray Just wondering what others think of this?

The side rail of a cable tray should never be 'hole drilled' or otherwise compromised.
